MS SQL Server Guru

	Qrimp eliminates the need for the end user to understand the complexities of the database while still receiving the benefits of the power of relational models. Because we don't know what kind of data our users will be storing or how they will be querying it, the Database Administrator's job is more challenging. You will have to think abstractly about data and build scripts to maintain dynamic systems without knowing specifics of the data. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience building and maintaining complex database systems in the Microsoft environment.
Reports to	CTO
Responsibilities	1) Expand and maintain our Microsoft SQL Server cluster. 2) Build and maintain a dynamic database provisioning system 3) Automate backups and performance optimization 4) Monitor queries for dynamic index building and maintenance
Requirements	A qualified candidate will have experience with 1) Web 2.0 startups 2) T-SQL, stored procedures, and full-text indexing 3) SQL Server Performance Monitoring 4) Clustered redundant environments 5) Experience building data models to solve information management problems in various domains 6) Experience with the .NET Framework and Visual Studio.

Microsoft .NET Back-end Developer

	Qrimp abstracts application development concepts across a broad range of scenarios. As a back-end developer, your job will be to enable the complex programming tasks usually required with web based applications, without writing code. You will be working in an extremely high performance situation with data caching, algorithm optimization, and object-oriented programming. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years leading teams developing systems on the .NET Framework and a breadth of experience in different industry verticals.
Reports to	Director of Product Development
Responsibilities	1) Build the back-end programming systems 2) Enable caching algorithms to improve performance and scalability 3) Work with the .NET Framework and Source Control Repositories 4) Build a team to help you accomplish these tasks

Front-end AJAX / Javascript Engineer

	Qrimp is the most advanced web development platform available. We need you to help us make the interface easier with drag and drop, WYSIWYG editing, and dynamic integration of information from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have two or more years experience developing highly responsive, object oriented JavaScript UIs. This is an opportunity for you to share and implement your ideas about how applications should behave in general and see those implementations benefit many different kinds of applications. You will be coming in on the ground floor of a high growth company with a substantial equity position.
Reports to	Director Product Development
Responsibilities	1) Expand our back-end architecture into the front end and make it easy to use. 2) Examine and understand data patterns and how those patterns can be represented with a web interface in general. Such data patterns include shopping carts, many-to-many, one-to-many, star and snow flake data models. 3) Enable the end user to present information graphically and edit and manage HTML templates without knowing HTML concepts or how to edit HTML tags directly 4) Allow users to edit and update the CSS look and feel of a site without understanding CSS. This includes changing border colors, logos, backgrounds and fonts with point and click.
Requirements	A qualified candidate will have experience with 1) Web 2.0 startups 2) Liquid web interfaces 3) Dojo, Prototype, YUI, and other javascript libraries. 4) HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 5) Experience developing applications on the .NET Framework and Visual Studio.

Director Sales

	Many large organizations have many projects in the backlog. A good portion of these projects can be completed much more rapidly with Qrimp benefiting more stakeholders and reducing IT costs dramatically. Our appliance solutions allow easy plug and play for system development. Corporate intranet and hosted solutions enable rapid application development in a new robust way. As director of sales, your responsbilities will be to network and interface with potential customers, close deals, and inform a larger community about Qrimp's product offerings for the enterprise.
Reports to	CEO
Responsibilities	1) Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a) A comprehensive sales strategy, pricing, and product tailoring opportunities to a diverse spectrum of clients and customers; and, b) Developing sales presentations, scripts, and portions of the business plan that outline and facilitate sales growth, c) Assist marketing with the articulation of Qrimp's desired image and position, d) Maintain a list of customers and potential customers, set-up meetings, and coordinate interactions in conjunction with technical product specialists e) Collaborate with sales representatives to bring our message to a larger audience via trade shows, conventions, and targeted opportunities
Requirements	A qualified candidate will have experience with Web 2.0 startups, social network marketing, blog writing, and coordinating communications with online and traditional media outlets. The candidate should have at least 10 years experience selling enterprise software solutions.

Manager Marketing

	Qrimp is the next step in the evolution of application development. We make it easy to build the technology behind an idea and get it on the web without worrying about the hardware and programming requirements of traditional development. As a manager of marketing, your responsibility will be to present our ideas and communicate our vision to bloggers, online news technology outlets, and traditional media. Qrimp can only be successful if people know about us and are able to understand our value. Your job will be to get our idea out there and let people know about us.
Reports to	Director Marketing
Responsibilities	1) Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a) A comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Qrimp's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, b) All Qrimp marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth. c) Ensure articulation of Qrimp's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. d) Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Qrimp publications. e) Coordinate media interest in Qrimp and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests. f) Act as the Qrimp's representative with the media. g) Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
