When viewed individually, each entry in your database has areas above and beside it ('Content Header' and 'Footer'). The Content Header shows the action icons. The 'Footer' shows attachments, if you have enabled them, and related data, which includes items from other tables that are connected to the main item by custom definable one-to-many and many-to-many relationships.

Both areas can be edited to display or hide this information. You can also edit these areas to show custom messages to users of the table, links to pertinent sites and more.
